She also has entered into the business of buying and selling lumber due to the profitability that that sector generates. She works with her son in law's help. He knows about the development of this activity more than she does. Meanwhile. during the time that she does her sewing work she is always working for the best way to do the work since many times the pressure from the customers made her feel like she wasn't going to be able to complete her tasks efficiently. Nonetheless, she faces the adversity and now she has plans to expand her business. She knows that the way to do it is long and at this time she wants to keep it as a long term goal. Now she will prepare to sew her own designs and sell them, since she already has orders from her customers. This is her third individual loan with the MFP institution. She is grateful to all of the people who are making her loan possible so she can continue with her programmed objectives and growth. She is also very determined to make her payments on time once again as she did so far with her other loans. She really likes being a client of the institution since they offer her all of the support she needs to keep getting ahead.

Esther, de 52 años, es una mujer buena y muy responsable, es soltera pero es madre de 4 hijos, ella vive en su casa propia a lado de 2 de ellos además de su yerno y su nieto, lucha diariamente para sostener a su familia y brindarles todo lo que necesitan.
El trabajo de Esther consiste en el corte y confección de prendas de vestir, tiene un taller en su casa y lleva realizando este trabajo hace 20 años, todo lo que sabe lo aprendió trabajando desde joven, poco a poco y con mucha paciencia fue conociendo sobre técnicas de costura y decidió generar sus propios ingresos poniendo en práctica lo que mejor sabe hacer. Adicionalmente ha incursionado en el negocio de la compra y venta de maderas debido a la rentabilidad que este sector laboral genera, trabaja con el apoyo de su yerno quien conoce del desarrollo de esta actividad mejor que ella. Mientras tanto, durante el tiempo que está dedicada a su trabajo de costura siempre ha buscado la mejor forma para realizar su labor ya que muchas veces la presión de sus clientes le hizo sentir que no iba a poder cumplir eficientemente su función, sin embargo le hizo frente a las adversidades y actualmente tiene planes de expansión para su negocio, pero sabe que el camino para lograrlo es largo y por el momento desea mantenerlo como una meta a largo plazo, ahora se preparará para empezar a confeccionar sus propios diseños y venderlos ya que tiene pedidos de sus clientes.
