El señor José, tiene 34 años de edad, es de una familia humilde compuesta de cinco varones y tres mujeres, de escasos recursos económicos, por lo tanto cultiva superficies muy pequeñas. Vive en la comunidad de Yunguillas Alta del municipio de Mizque del departamento de Cochabamba. Trabaja en la agricultura y la pecuaria desde hace 16 años produce y comercializa papa, frejol y arveja para la alimentación de su familia el excedente los comercializa en el mismo lugar donde vive a los comerciantes de la misma población de Mizque. El señor José es una persona muy respetada en su comunidad, por la dedicación a su trabajo y por ser el responsable de la educación y el bienestar de toda su familia. El señor José, necesita para para construir su vivienda, por ser una familia numerosa necesita ambientes y de esta forma mejorar las condiciones de vida de toda su familia.
