Carmen is 36 years old and is the single mother of two children who are enrolled in a public school. Carmen manages a vendor stall where she sells general food stuffs. Due to her separation from the father of her two children, she has decided to strive on ahead with her kids. She dreams of one day having her own store from which to sell her goods as she is fearful of being attacked by delinquents while selling them form her improvised stall. With this loan she will purchase rice, oil, sugar, pasta, etc.
