For six years in Malaubang, Ozamis City, Mildred, a 38-year-old married mom of six children, has made a living buying and selling vegetables. She earns 4,500 a month for these activities. In 2009, Mildred joined GDMPC. She is requesting a loan of 6,000 PHP to buy more vegetables to sell. She plans to use the additional revenue generated from the loan as a reserve for future emergencies.
