Mohamad is a 19-year-old single man, who has been in the business of selling hot drinks and coffee since 2008. Mohamad was only 15 years old when he started his own business, as it was necessary for him to help his parents earn a living when he finished his intermediate studies.

Mohamad's cafe is in a van located on the side of a highway facing an auto showroom. His location is very good but he needs support to improve his business. That is why he has applied for a youth loan from Kiva's partner Al Majmoua in order to buy a new espresso machine and an espresso coffee mill. In addition, he wants to build a tent over his van to make his business easier during the coming winter season. Most of his customers are passersby and tourists.

This is his third cycle with Al Mjamoua and he is a borrower in good standing with a history of repaying his previous loans. Mohamad hopes to continue expanding his business as much as he can to please his customers and improve his standard of living.
