Rosa is 57 years old and has three adult children. She is from the town of San Miguel, Bohol. Rosa and her husband are engaged in producing coconuts as well as farming rice. She is asking for a loan to buy tungog (coconut wine coloring ingredient) and 5-gallon containers that she can use for her coconut wines. This will make her task of collecting coconut wine easier and will help her be more productive. Her profit will allow her to buy a healthy diet for her family. In the future, she hopes to have a bigger income so she can continue to expand her farming business too.
