Salim was born in the town of Msambweni. He is a single gentleman of 30 years who lives in his own house. Salim's principal occupation is as a mototaxi driver. He has worked as a taxi driver for three years. The loan will be used to purchase spare parts because his current motorcycle is in need of repairs so that he can provide a good service to his clients. He is thankful for the support he has received from this institution, this being his second loan.

This loan is administered by Yehu Microfinance Trust, which was founded in 1998 as a project of CHOICE Humanitarian Kenya. In July 2007, Yehu became a separate entity from CHOICE and was registered as a trust. Since then, Yehu has expanded to cover over half of Kenya’s 13 coastal districts.
