Yorsely Del Carmen
Yorsely is thirty-five years old. She has a beauty salon and plans to make investments in her business. She will buy hair dyes, shampoos, rinses, and hair straighteners/relaxers since these are the products that she uses most frequently in her business.

Yorsely has a lot of experience in her work because she studied at two beauty schools and later worked for three years at a hairdresser's shop. Twelve years ago, she was making house calls, generating income in this same way. Little by little, she acquired what was needed for her own beauty salon.

Now, Yorsely offers haircuts, blow-drying, dyes, manicures, and pedicures, and she also sells beauty products. She professionally advises her customers on their personal and professional image. Her customers are neighbors in the community and friends that have been referred to her, increasing her number of customers.

Currently, Yorsely is applying for a Kiva loan and hopes to gain a better assortment of products, like dyes, shampoo, rinses, hair straighteners/relaxers, and haircare products and cosmetics to increase her sales and to generate more income. She dreams of offering a comfortable atmosphere to her customers. She would like to advance the image of her business so that she can finally buy her own house for her family, where she would live with her husband and eight-year-old twins.
