Ella se especializa en la venta de ropa, calzado y electrodomésticos, lo cual realiza directamente entre una clientela que ha construido poco a poco. Su negocio ha sido típico en su familia por muchos años, por eso ella aprendió de sus padres a dedicarse al comercio. Yexenia inició este negocio hace 4 años, y trabaja todos los días desde las 7 de la mañana hasta las 7 de la noche, vendiendo ropa y otros productos a sus amigos y familiares.
