Gelly vive en el sector norte llamado las Orquideas de la ciudadad de Guayaquil. Ella tiene 36 años de edad es casada tiene 1 hijo de 9 años que estudia en una escuela pública del sector. Su esposo trabaja como guardia de seguridad. Gelly comenzó con la ilusión de tener un negocio propio fue ahí que su esposo con un dinero ahorrado le compro mercadería. En la actualidad ella se dedica al comercio ella le vende a sus amigos y familiares. Ella trabaja de lunes a sábado de 8 de la mañana hasta la 4 de la tarde. Con el préstamo quiere comprar mercadería como planchas, repostero, vajillas etc. Su sueño es tener un local propio y ya no vender en las calles.
