Ut was born in 1953. She has four children who have got married. Her husband is a retired teacher. His pension is about 3,000,000 Dong (VND). Ut sells plastic household appliances, candies and biscuits to earn a living. She gains from it 3,000,000 VND a month. Her family's total earnings are about 10,000,000 VND per month.
She has participated in SEDA's credit program since 2008. For the last loan she borrowed 9,184,000 VND and repaid it on time. For this loan, she would like to borrow 9,632,000 VND to buy plastic household appliances, candies and biscuits for her store. She always wants to save enough money for her retirement.
