Since the age of 10, Pascual has engaged in coffee production. It was his father who taught him everything he needed to know so that he could carry out this activity. Pascual is single and lives with three nephews who help him with the necessary tasks around his coffee farm. He was able to switch from growing conventional coffee to organic coffee with the help of the consultants from Unión Regional de Huatusco.

For the following month, Pascual needs a loan so that he can pay the workers he plans to hire. He intends to replant a portion of his land since the existing crops have completed their productive life cycle. He also has another plot of land that is untouched, so he would like to make use of it for growing coffee so that he can increase his production.

In addition to coffee, Pascual grows corn and lemons. When he is not working the land, Pascual would like create a stock pond on his property for periods of drought.
