La señora Isabel Virginia posee un negocio de cyber café ubicado en un populoso barrio de la ciudad de León desde hace cinco años, ella realiza esta labor junto con su hijo ya que es una persona viuda.

La señora Isabel su negocio consistes en un cibercafe; atiende a su clientela principalmente estudiantes de secundaria que realizan investigaciones para sus estudios, apertura su negocio a las 8:00 am. Ofertándole a su clientela los servicios de internet, levantado de textos y llamadas telefónicas tanto nacionales como extranjera y finaliza a la 10 pm.

Actualmente está solicitando un crédito, el cual invertirá directamente en la compra de una fotocopiadora ya que sus clientes le están solicitando este tipo de servicio y así percibir más ingresos y ayudar a la comunidad.

La señora Isabel está muy agradecida con Ceprodel y Kiva ya que le ha ayudado a crecer en su negocio con siete máquinas y cuando inicio solo eran tres, Doña Isabel Virginia sueña que su hijo llegue a coronar su carrera.
