Isa is a 26-year-old man who is married and has one daughter. He is an IDP (Internally Displayed Person) and lives with his family in an IDP settlement. Isa usually sells cucumbers, tomatoes, potatoes, carrots, pumpkins and greens. He has a stable income of 80 AZN. He uses only organic fertilizers on his land. Fresh vegetables are very popular in Azerbaijan and people consider them healthy. Many national dishes made of vegetables, like pilau and dolma. Fresh fruits are serve at every table in the Azerbaijan family and also make fresh punch.
