El señor Fernando tiene 71 años de edad, es casado tiene 3 hijos y vive en una colonia suburbana de San Pedro Sula. Don Fernando se dedicaba anteriormente a la venta de libros y hace 12 años decidió establecer su propio negocio de fabricación de pizarras de todo tipo y tamaño para uso en yeso y acrílicas. Este producto lo vende en el mercado de la ciudad, empresas y comerciales, vende por docenas y por pedidos.
El ha sido cliente de ODEF en varios ciclos de préstamos para inversión de su negocio, y actualmente ha solicitado otro préstamo por 10,000 Lempiras con el cual va comprar la materia prima como madera, laminas acrílicas, mazonite y pegamento. Con esta inversión va ampliar el negocio esperando incrementar las ventas y los ingresos. Tiene como meta comprar un vehículo para salir a vender su producto.
