Arnold, 41, is a hard-working family man. He and his wife, who is employed, have three children; all are in school. Arnold operates an Internet cafe where he provides services like printing, browsing, photocopying, etc. He has operated the business for one year and is well-known locally for the quality of his work.
He is applying for a loan that he will use to buy a printer for his business to provide better service to his customers.
Arnold also operates a barbershop, which is also doing well so far.
About Yehu Microfinance Trust
This loan is administered by Yehu Microfinance Trust, which was founded in 1998 as a project of CHOICE Humanitarian Kenya. In July 2007, Yehu became a separate entity from CHOICE and was registered as a trust. Since then, Yehu has expanded to cover over half of Kenya’s 13 coastal districts.
