Siempre hay momentos duros y difíciles pero aun asi las personas siempre tienen el deseo de superarse, es el caso de esta mujer que vive junto a su grupo familiar, quiere tener un nuevo comienzo y evitar así cualquier contacto con la violencia social que tiene invadido en lugar donde reside, además desea salir de la pobreza dando lo mejor de sus capacidades, es una de las mejores decisiones que ha tomado y se siente orgullosa de eso, se dedica a la venta de carne y chorizo de res y cerdo, ya tiene mucha clientela que la prefiere por la calidad del producto, por los precios accesibles y sobre todo por el servicio excelente, es una mujer decidida, emprendedora, dedicada a su labor, y con muchos sueños que desea lograr, esta trabajando duro por alcanzar un futuro mas próspero, se siente muy contenta con el negocio, en las últimas semanas aumento la demanda por lo que quiere realizar una nueva inversión, por eso solicita un crédito que le permita comprar carne y chorizo por mayor a fin de hacer crecer su negocio. This loan is part of a pilot project Apoyo Integral is launching in conjunction with several local NGOs to support at-risk youth and their families with funding from Kiva. This loan product is tailored to young people who find themselves in high-risk situations because they are located in areas affected by extreme violence. Loans are combined with vocational, technical, and financial training to help these young people develop business ideas that will help them generate income, reintegrate into society, and support their dreams of being productive and contributing members of society.   

Due to potential safety risks facing these youth, some of the loans are being disbursed to their parents in order to protect their identities. For the same reason, the faces of some Apoyo Integral borrowers may be blurred in photos. Apoyo Integral appreciates Kiva lenders' understanding of these challenges and encourages them to provide much-needed support to at-risk Salvadoran youth.
