Lorenzo is 33 years old. His civil status is single, but he lives with his partner. He was able to study a professional degree at university in agricultural engineering. He lives with his family in their own house, which is located in the town of Tíraque, about 65 kilometers from Cochabamba. He has two financial dependents, which are his two small children. For four years, Lorenzo has provided his professional services as agency head of a cooperative in Tíraque. He receives a monthly salary for this. Lastly, Lorenzo would like to expand the housing of his current home, and therefore needs to request capital to be purchase the construction materials. In this way, he will be able to improve the living conditions of his family.
El señor Lorenzo, es una persona de 33 años de edad de estado civil soltero pero vive en concubinato, alcanzo a estudiar una carreta profesional en la Universidad a nivel de Ing. Agronómica, vive junto a su familia en su casa propia que se halla situado en la población de Tíraque, distante aproximadamente desde la ciudad de Cochabamba a 65 Km. y cuenta con dos dependientes económicos a cargo los cuales son sus pequeños hijos. El cliente presta sus servicios profesionales como jefe de agencia en una cooperativa desde hace 4 años, de Tíraque por el cual percibe un salario fijo mensual. Y finalmente el cliente tiene el deseo de construir una vivienda más en su domicilio y para tal efecto se ve en la necesidad de solicitar capital para realizar la compra de materiales de construcción y de tal manera poder mejorar las condiciones de habitad de su familia.
