Alcira forma parte del banco comunal El Control, vive por la comunidad de Punta Corral que pertenece a la parroquia de Turi en Cuenca, lugar que es conocido como el mirador de la ciudad ya que desde allí se puede admirar una gran parte de la ciudad de Cuenca, su gente se dedica a la crianza de animales, agricultura y comercio.

La Señora Alcira tiene 44 años, es casada y en su unión conyugal ha concebido 2 hijos de 26 y 24 años de edad que son casados y viven independientes. Su esposo ha migrado en busca de un mejor trabajo para sacar adelante a toda su familia, la casa en la que vive es de su propiedad.

Doña Alcira pasa en su casa realizando los quehaceres del hogar, para aportar a la economía de su casa se dedica a la crianza de cerdos, cuyes y pollos a los que los vende en su comunidad, también trabaja en la agricultura cultivando sus terrenos y sus cosechas son para el consumo de su hogar.

Su nuevo crédito lo va a invertir en la compra de cerdos y en alimento para sus animales.

Su meta es mejorar su casa.
