Doña María tiene 62 años de edad, es casada, vive con un hijo y su esposo en el municipio de San Francisco de Yojoa. Doña María lleva 8 años de dedicarse a la elaboración de pan casero elabora semitas, quesadilla, pastelitos de piña, pizza, pudin, también vende topogigios (helados) de leche con coco y comida. La venta la realiza de manera ambulante en su comunidad. Ella es muy conocida ya tiene buena clientela. Ella ha mantenido el negocio mediante la inversión de varios préstamos. Actualmente el que solicita es el sexto ciclo y es por 22,000 Lempiras, con el cual va comprar materia prima como harina, azúcar, huevos, leche, manteca, soda, bolsas y otros materiales que utiliza para la elaboración de pan, compra cantidades grandes para mantener en inventario. Su meta es surtir el negocio y mejorar la producción para darle el estudio a su hijo y en lo personal sentirse útil aportando ingresos al hogar.
