Colombo, 52, is married living with his wife and five children in a village in the municipality of Morazán, Yoro. Colombo has been a farmer his entire life; he’s always grown basic grains and four years ago decided to grow coffee because the zone is apt for said crop. He sells coffee in various processing styles in the local market. He’s requesting a 6,000 Lempira loan to buy fertilizer to provide good crop care in order to improve quality and yields. His goal is to expand the crop so his family can improve.

Don Colombo ha sido agricultor toda su vida, siempre ha cultivado granos básicos y hace 4 años decidió cultivar una finca de café ya que la zona es apta para dicho cultivo. El vende el café en grano húmedo y en oro o seco en el mercado local. El préstamo que solicita es por 6,000 Lempiras y lo va invertir en darle un buen mantenimiento a su finca, va comprar fertilizantes para mejorar la calidad y producción. El tiene como meta ampliar el cultivo y hacer que su familia se supere.
