Specioza lives in Kampala, Uganda. She is single with two children and both her children go to school. She has no additional family members. She sells charcoal at the market. She sells her products on a retail basis. She has been in this business for the last 5 years. She works seven days a week. She has requested for a loan of 200,000 Uganda shillings from MCDT – SACCO to buy more bags of charcoal.
Her major business challenges are transportation and seasonality. Her goal and aspiration is to buy a plot of land and build a house. She lives in a rented house and the family has access to electricity but does not have access to piped water. Her monthly expenses include school fees and rent.
