Hoang is 49 years old and is married. He has three children and lives with them and his wife in Ho Chi Minh City. His wife earns an income as a tailor. Hoang has run a welding shop at his house for 38 years. He intends to use a loan to buy equipment and materials in order to increase his production capacity and to be able to better meet his customers' demands.
He hopes his business runs smoothly and will help him to improve his family's living conditions and save money for his children's education.
