At 34 years old, Anthony is a commercial farmer. He is married and a hard-working man who has no children yet.
He does farming with his wife, selling their farm produce both from home and at the market. He wants to expand his farming activities and have more produce for sale. The challenge he currently faces is that he does not have enough capital to do so.
For this reason, he is requesting a loan from Yehu to buy farm equipment, fertiliser, and pesticides and cover cultivation expenses.
About Yehu Microfinance Trust
This loan is administered by Yehu Microfinance Trust, which was founded in 1998 as a project of CHOICE Humanitarian Kenya. In July 2007, Yehu became a separate entity from CHOICE and was registered as a trust. Since then, Yehu has expanded to cover over half of Kenya’s 13 coastal districts.
