Mostafa is a 41-year-old Lebanese man. He’s single and lives with his parents. He and his father are trying their best to earn additional income for the family and enhance their way of life.
Mostafa has owned a mini-market for a few years. He has grown in this occupation, after working non-stop and without forgetting his father’s support. Mostafa sells all kinds of food, soft drinks and many other diverse products. Because he wishes to further develop his business, he has decided to take a loan from Kiva partner Ameen s.a.l. to increase his inventory of goods.
Mostafa wishes to get married and have children. It’s never too late for him if he improves his business and collects enough money to be able to offer his future family a respectable life.
Due to political and social challenges in Lebanon, personally identifiable attributes entrepreneurs may have been altered to protect their privacy (i.e., blurring portions of the borrower's picture, not indicating a name and location, etc.). Vitas appreciates Kiva lenders' understanding of these challenges and encourages them to continue their support for Lebanon's borrowers.
