Mrs. Khi M. is 37 years old and married with three children, two of whom are enrolling in school while the other is too young to work or study. Her husband, Mr. Teth Suon, is a palm juice collector in the village and he usually gathers palm juice to make sugar palm and palm wine.

Mrs. Khi M. is a palm leaf sewer who combines palm leaves together to make roofing for people's houses. Aside from this activity, she is a hard-working farmer. Recently, she has been confronted with an obstacle because the field is more infertile. Mrs. Khi M. now needs to access a loan to buy more fertilizer to support her field.
