This is 27-year-old Haja. She is married and has two children aged four and ten years. Both are school-going children. In 2002, Haja established her cosmetics business. She began her business after she dropped out of high school when she became pregnant. Her parents asked her fiancee to marry her because they thought it was not necessary for her to go to school anymore. She wished to go school, but she had to accept her fate. Working seven days a week and seven hours a day, she earns about Le 827,000 every month from this business.
She would like a loan in the amount of Le 3,000,000. Haja requires the loan in order to stock her business. She will purchase Bio-Clear Cream (three cartons at Le 230,000); Razac Cream (four dozen at Le 180,000); Vaseline (four bundles at Le 100,000); Doctor Clear Cream (one carton at Le 190,000) and Pure Black Spray (ten dozen at Le 100,000).
In the future, Haja plans to further her studies and set up a well-established business to support her family. The loan will help greatly. Competition is her major challenge.
