Emma is a married woman from the town of Cauayan in the province of Isabela. She and her husband are both farmers. They primarily grow and sell rice. Emma does her best to improve their business and take care of their child. Emma is requesting a loan of PHP 35,000 to purchase quality seeds, fertilizer, and other farm inputs. She hopes to have a bigger farm in the future. She also hopes to help improve her family's living conditions.
