Sophors is 39 years old. She is married and resides with her parents-in-law and three children in Prey Veng Province, Cambodia. She has been working in a garment factory for more than a year, earning approximately $3 per day. Her husband is a construction foreman who earns about $10 per day. Sophors is requesting a loan of $1500 to purchase a mortar for her husband to use in mixing cement, sand and rock. In the future, she would like to expand the business and send her children to a good school. Moreover, she hopes to build a new house as soon as possible.
