Kosal is 46 years old. She is married and resides with one child in Battambang Province, Cambodia. She has been selling boiled and grilled eggs for more than four years, earning approximately $5 daily. Her husband, who is joining her in the picture, helps her run the business. Her child runs a phone shop and earns about $6 per day.
In order to improve her family’s living conditions, Kosal is requesting a loan of $1000 to purchase mobile phone spare parts to resell. This purchase will help her child earn more income for the family. In the future, she would like to expand the phone shop and build a new house as soon as possible.
