Saidi is 39 years old. He owns a store where he sells goods such as drinks, basic grains, flour, bread, rice, and other products. His family also earns an income from his wife, who earns a salary as a teacher. Saidi is a hardworking man who strives to move forward.
Saidi is requesting a loan from Yehu to invest in his store and buy new products in greater quantities than his is currently able. He will buy flour, bread, rice, sugar, and other products. In the future, Saidi hopes to move forward and improve his financial stability.
About Yehu Microfinance Trust
This loan is administered by Yehu Microfinance Trust, which was founded in 1998 as a project of CHOICE Humanitarian Kenya. In July 2007, Yehu became a separate entity from CHOICE and was registered as a trust. Since then, Yehu has expanded to cover over half of Kenya’s 13 coastal districts.
