Fighting for a better future? We need your help.

Creating a more equitable world takes a lot of time and energy, but at Kiva we’re in it for the long haul. 100% of money lent on Kiva goes to funding loans. That means we rely on donations from people like you to make this work possible. For a limited time, if you donate $35 or more, a $25 bonus will be added to your account (you’ll get an email once it’s there).

A loan of $2,000 helped to buy broken cars' hardware for his car repairs business.

Al Sayyed Youssef's story

Al Sayyed Youssef is 25-year-old single man who has been working in car body repairs since 2007. He has good experience in his field, and develops his skills most of the time to please his customers as much as he can, in order to expand his business and increase his income.
Al Sayyed Youssef applied for a YOUTH LOAN from Kiva's partner Al Majmoua for the second time, in order to buy broken cars' hardware to use in fixing almost all of the cars that he works on, in a professional way. He loves to manage his own business and monitor how it's developing, and hopes to develop it more and more to cover almost all of his customers' needs.
He wishes to open a big car services provider in the future which is a dream he hopes can come true.
