Eduardo works in the offices of a coffee processing plant and also makes a living producing this crop since he has land that he acquired some years ago. In order to carry out the work on his farm he hires workers as it proves to be impossible for him to personally take care of all of it. Eduardo's production is currently five tons which he delivers in its entirety to the Regional Union of Huatusco so that it is processed and exported. For the next harvest Eduardo needs to carry out some cleaning work and preparation of his land in order to plant more plants and for this he is applying for a loan which he will repay at the end of the harvest. Eduardo’s goal is that within three years his farms are producing a total of eight tons that will increase his income. On a personal level, Eduardo would like to be able to provide his two children the opportunity to study a professional career.
