Rosa Nelly, comenzó su negocio de venta de ropa de segunda en el 2007, siguiendo los mismos pasos de su mamá. Inició vendiendo 1 paca de ropa cada 3 meses con algunos vecinos y a medida que conocian su pequeño negocio, se incrementaban los pedidos. Hoy en día, la Sra. Rosa Nelly vende 3 pacas de ropa cada 3 meses y con el crédito solicitado piensa invertirlo para vender 5 pacas cada 3 meses, pues poco a poco se ha dado a conocer por la calidad de su inventario asi como lo puntual en el cumplimiento de sus compromisos.
