Andre est le coordinateur de son groupe Tet Fret de Dumas. Il est un commercant. Il habite dans la région de Dumas où de l’électricité est rare et de l’eau est très limité. Andre a dirigé son commerce de produit divers pendant 10 années.

Avant de commencer ce commerce Andre était un Etudiant. Andre voudrait utiliser cet emprunt pour investir dans le produit divers comme vetements, chaussures, etc. Il espère que cet emprunt l’aidera à agrandir son business.
