Mbito is a married man who lives with his life partner and three children in the town of Tiribe. He has been selling cows for the last 10 years, a business that has sustained his family. In addition to this, he does farming during his free time. He is assisted by his wife who sells the farm produce both from home and through door-to-door. Mbito tells us that the business requires a lot of sacrifice and determination since the distance to the market is long. However, this does not demoralize him. He is asking for this loan to buy cows and if the money stretches, he can use the rest to invest in his farming.
