Florencio, of San Miguel, is 45 years old. He has been farming rice and fishing for 20 years now. He is married and has one son who is 18 years old. Florencio wants the best for his family. Aside from his businesses, he also supports his wife's business which is a general store.
Florencio does not want to stop there. Together with his wife, they work hard on the farm for a better income. This earns him 3,000 PHP a month. He wants to do more for his business through a loan. The loan will be used to buy a fishing net and weight leads to sustain his fishing.
He aims to have a bigger income for his family. The additional profit will go towards his family’s daily consumption and reinvestment in the same business.
