Tiene 16 años de experiencia y está ubicado en su casa de habitación y de forma ambúlate. La rutina diaria de la Sra. Luisa es de 8 horas diaria. El negocio lo inicio como una alternativa de vida para no depender económicamente de nadie y tener un ingreso propio para vivir, con un poco de fondo propio y en su momento para mantener a sus hijos. En la actualidad su carga familiar se ha disminuido ya que todos son independientes. El objetivo del préstamo es invertir en capital de trabajo y surtir su negocio para brindarles mejor servicio a sus clientes e incrementar sus ganancias.
