Sophie is married with ten children. Five of her children go to school. She also takes care of additional family members (including her mother). She has a pub and has been in this business for six years. She generates additional income with rental houses. She operates her business in a shop and sells on a retail basis six days out of every week.
Her major business challenges include rent for her business premises, off and on electricity, and transportation of crates of beer and soda. Sophie aspires to own a fully stocked pub and also to become a wholesaler. She resides in her own house, and the family has access to electricity but not running water. Her monthly expenses include rent for her business premises and paying for utility bills.
