View original language description ↓
Francisca is a woman who’s very happy and dedicated. Ever since she set up household with her dear husband Máximo, she has undertaken innumerable activities with the idea of bettering her economic situation. Several years ago she decided to buy herself a sandwich cart and offer salchipapa (a typical dish comprised of French fries and fried wiener sausage) and salchipollo (a typical chicken dish) to everyone with the desire to eat these delicious dishes. Currently her business is in a strategic location in her hometown of Juliaca, and because of that she sells around 90 to 100 meals daily.

Francisca’s wish is to increase the size of her stand so it is more comfortable for her clients, to offer a larger quantity of her delicious fast food and, with the benefits she receives, to improve quality of life for her and her four children.
