Jairo tiene su propio negocio establecido en su casa, desde hace 3 años el cuenta con un taller de ebanistería y tallado de madera, donde realiza trabajos en madera como puertas, muebles de cocina, closet, roperos y tallados en puertas. Esta solicitando un segundo préstamo el cual es por 21,000 Lempiras, con este préstamo va comprar una maquina cateadora la cual sirve para realizar trabajos de tallado en madera, y le ayudara a realizar los trabajos con más rapidez. Su meta es trabajar duro para superarse en todos los aspectos de su vida.
