In her free time, Olga knits sweaters and hats, especially for her children or for a friend or neighbor who might ask her. She learned this activity through practice.

El banco comunal La Propuesta esta formado por 7 mujeres trabajadoras que son vecinas y amigas, viven todas por la parroquia Victoria del Portete en Cuenca, lugar que tiene extensas llanuras propicias para la cría de ganado, su clima es frió. Su gente se caracteriza porque aun mantienen viva la llama de sus tradiciones y cultura, su gastronomía es típica del sector, Las socias aun mantienen como herencia de sus padres estas tradiciones y lo llevan muy orgullosas en sus vestimentas, además son personas alegres, amables y carismáticas que con su trabajo diario mejoran la economía de sus hogares para sacar adelante a sus familias.

Una de las socias de este grupo es la Señora. Olga, se encuentra en su seguro crédito que realiza en el banco comunal La Propuesta, es una mujer casada que tiene 29 años de edad y ha concebido 3 hijo de 9, 7 y 5 años de edad, todos sus hijos están estudiando en un escuelita de la localidad. Su esposo trabaja en la construcción como albañil, no tiene casa propia por lo que vive en casa de sus padres de manera independiente.

La Señora. Olga tiene terrenos en los cuales se dedica a la ganadería y la venta de leche, también cría pollos y cerdos a los que los vende en su comunidad, siembra varios productos y las cosechas que realiza son para el consumo de su hogar. En sus tiempos libres se dedica a tejer chompas y gorras de lana en especial para sus hijos o si alguna amiga o vecina le pide lo realiza, esta actividad la aprendió por habilidad.

Su crédito lo va a invertir en la compra de pollos para crecer en este negocio y también en alimento para todos sus animales.

Su sueño es tener su casa propia para vivir con su familia.
