Miguel Angel arrived in the city of Monterrey, N.L., more than 23 years ago, coming from a settlement called Loma Alta in the state of Veracruz where he made a living cutting sugar cane. However, his income was insufficient and needs forced him to leave his native lands.

El Sr. Miguel Angel llegó a la ciudad de Monterrey, N.L. hace mas de 23 años procedente de una rancheria llamada Loma Alta del Estado de Veracruz, donde trabajaba como cortador de caña de azúcar, pero sus ingresos no eran lo suficiente, y la necesidad lo obligó a emigrar lejos de su tierra natal. Llegó a Monterrey y empezó a trabajar como empleado en un negocio de venta de pollos asados, donde aprendió a preparar los pollos. Posteriormente se independizó y comenzó con un asador chico vendiendo cerca de 5 pollos diarios. Tiempo después contrajo matrimonio con la Sra. Ariana de donde nacieron 3 hijos que actualmente son estudiantes.
En el negocio de Miguel Angel se incrementó la demanda y empezó a crecer. Hoy Miguel Angel necesita un crédito para adquirir sillas y mesas en donde los clientes se sentirán mas comodos y poder disfrutar más los sabrosos pollos asados que don Miguel Angel prepara para su distinguida clientela y poder generar mayores ingresos para su familia.
