Elkhan is 44 years old and married. He has three children; they are all attend school. Elkhan has been raising livestock for the past 21 years, mainly buying and selling cattle at Baku. Additionally, he is engaged in agriculture on his farm. He is requesting a loan of 1,000 AZN to purchase four calves to raise and sell.
