Carmen Jeanette
Carmen is a 33 year old woman. She is single and lives in the city of Camaná. She is a very kind, hardworking and enthusiastic person who has a great desire to overcome. In her free moments, she likes to to walk on the shore of a beach close to her home and sometimes to cook a delicious Arroz Chaufa de Pollo (Peruvian-Chinese fried rice) to share with her family.
With much determination, enthusiasm, and and thanks to help from her parents, Carmen opened her little grocery store. Everyday, she starts work in the early hours. She has a small space in her house where she makes her sales. She works about 12 hours a day and believes that she is doing well because of her dedication and the kind way that she treats her customers.
Carmen is very grateful to the Kiva lenders as, thanks to the help they have offered, she will be able to buy merchandise for her store such as: rice, sugar, oil, milk, legumes, drinks, and other things. In this way, Carmen will have a better supplied store which she hopes will increase her sales and her income which will help her to grow her store in the near future.

Carmen es una mujer de 33 años, es soltera, vive en la ciudad de Camaná, ella es una persona muy amable, trabajadora y entusiasta, que tiene un gran deseo de superación, en sus ratos libres le gusta pasear por la orilla de una playa cercana a su hogar y en algunas ocasiones cocina un riquísimo Arroz Chaufa de Pollo para compartir con su familia.
Con mucho empeño, entusiasmo y gracias al apoyo de sus padres, Carmen puso en marcha su pequeño negocio de venta de abarrotes, todos los días desde tempranas horas inicia su labor, ella cuenta con un pequeño espacio en su casa donde realiza sus ventas, Carmen puede trabajar un aproximado de 12 horas diarias y cree que le va bien por su dedicación y por el trato amable que brinda a sus clientes.
Carmen se encuentra muy agradecida con los prestatarios Kivas, ya que gracias a la ayuda brindada podrá realizar la compra de mercadería para su negocio, tales como: arroz, azúcar, aceite, leche, menestras, bebidos, entre otros; de esta manera Carmen tendrá su negocio mejor abastecido, así ella espera aumentar sus ventas e incrementar sus ingresos económicos, los cuales le servirán de mucho para que en un futuro no muy lejano pueda ampliar su negocio.
