Kule is a 36-year-old married man with three children living in Kasese, Uganda. He is a teacher and has been in this service for six years. With his meagre salary, he has been able to construct a permanent house and buy some land for farming. Like most government workers, his hardships include low pay, price fluctuations, and inflation. His personal goals are educating his children and upgrading his studies so as to qualify for a well-paying job. His business plan is to venture into mechanized agriculture. Kule is requesting some money to pay for the school fees for his children.
