Rice farming is the main business sector for people living in the countryside of Cambodia. As with other villagers, Thoeurn, a resident from Kampong Cham province, pursues a rice farming business to serve as the major source of income for her family. She has been growing rice on her inherited farmland since 2001. At her age of 21, Thoeurn is responsible for a young kid who utterly needs her care.
To further improve her farming business, Thoeurn would like to acquire a loan of 2,000,000 KHR to expand her farm plot so as to increase her rice production. Thoeurn is praying that she will have an abundant harvest in years to come and she will be able to meet the needs of her family and send her child to school.
