Shairkul is 62 years old, a widow and lives with her son's family. Having gotten married early, she became involved in animal husbandry in 1970, having started this business with 5,000 som. Thanks to the business earnings, she was able to provide education for her children - her youngest son became a teacher and works at a local school today. In order to further develop her business, Shairkul requested a loan in the amount of 30,000 som (KGS) from the "Bai-Tushum and Partners" company to buy a bull for fattening up. She plans to invest the earnings from the loan into further increasing domestic livestock quantities.

Благодаря упорному труду Шаиркул в ее хозяйстве на сегодняшний день имеется 2 дойные коровы с приплодом, 2,90 га земли с картофелем и зерновыми. Благодаря доходам от бизнеса, Шаиркул смогла дать образование детям - ее младший сын стал преподавателем и на сегодняшний день работает в местной школе.
В целях дальнейшего развития своего бизнеса, Шаиркул обратилась в компанию «Бай –Тушум и Партнеры» за кредитом в сумме 30,000 сом (KGS) на покупку бычка на откорм. Доходы от кредита Шаиркул планирует вложить в дальнейшее увеличение количества домашней скотины.
