El señor Cornelio con residencia fija en la comunidad de Villa Junín de la provincia de Tiraque del Departamento de Cochabamba, actualmente vive en su comunidad con su familia y su esposa y sus cuatro hijos menores, la descripción de su casa está construido de barro con techo de teja con revoques de barro la determinación es rustico prácticamente, la comunidad del cliente esta a 4 km al este de la localidad de Tiraque. La actividad económica es la agricultura que produce tubérculos, la producción es estacional en la zona son alturas del valle alto. El préstamo que está solicitando es para la compra de terreno agrícola, el cliente tiene interés de superarse sus ingresos económicos en los próximos años, los trabajos agrícolas lo realizan toda la familia en algunos casos con ayuda de sus vecinos para la siembra y la cosecha los labores culturales trabajan la familia.
