Justa tiene 41 años de edad, casada, tiene 3 hijos, vive en Olanchito, Yoro. Justa lleva 13 años de dedicarse a la venta de golosinas como pastelitos con carne, tajadas con carne molida, hamburguesas, baleadas (tortilla de harina rellena con frijoles, queso, y otros al gusto) etc. También refrescos, agua en bolsa, jugos etc. este negocio lo tiene establecido en la cafetería de uno de los colegios de educación secundaria de la ciudad, y sus clientes son los estudiantes. Con las ganancias ha mantenido siempre surtido de productos. Ella solicita un préstamo de 6,000 Lempiras con el cual va comprar refrescos, jugos, agua y algunos insumos para hacer comidas para la venta. Su idea es mantener producto en inventario pues la demanda que hay en el colegio es bastante. Su meta es que se mejore la situación económica para tener un futuro mejor.
